CleanCap AG是TriLink公司用于5 '共轉錄加帽的產(chǎn)品,CleancapAG加帽可以形成Cap 1結構。CleancapAG的加帽效率高達98%。請注意:TriLink建議盡可能使用CleanCap AG,模板應該使用配套的AG啟動子。Cleancap AG的加帽效率通常>90%。不像CleanCap AG,使用CleanCap GG(貨號cat#N-7133或cat#N-7433)可能導致類似的ARCA轉錄效率和產(chǎn)量下降的現(xiàn)象。
